What Is Mildly Mindful?

Mildly Mindful is a cozy corner of the internet for planners with open tabs, big ideas, and maybe a few notebooks we really didn't need.

This space was created for folks who want to get things done without burning out, force-fitting into productivity hacks that don’t actually work for how their brain operates.

Here, you’ll find:

  • ADHD-friendly planning strategies (because we have ADHD)

  • Gentle goal-setting (no hustle-guilt here)

  • Digital tools and analog joy

  • Freebies, scribbles, and a little chaos

  • Planners and inserts made with intention

  • A Community you can participate in when you want

Whether you’re rebuilding your routines (again), switching between five planning systems, or just trying to keep your coffee warm; there’s a space for you here.

You don’t have to be perfectly organized. You just have to be mildly mindful.

Why the Brand change?

Previously, we were Hello Shouho—a name that lives on fondly (and maybe still on Etsy, because I’m not redoing all those product images). This change is a refresh—literally. Mildly Mindful feels more aligned with what we do and who we’re here for.

It’s not a made-up word, it’s a clear reflection of why I’m posting: to share content that supports gentle planning, ADHD brains, and progress without the pressure.

Howdy! I like to make things

Hi! I run this. I love to create things and I share a ton of them for free on here. I also sell planners and stickers on Etsy, as well as artwork.

I'm sharing tips on how I stay on track to achieve my goals. I've spent the last years working in marketing and creating my own tools, systems, and strategies to get all the things done - all while apparently having diagnosed ADHD. I've worked mostly with small businesses and love helping build something.
